We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
We offer replacement only in cases where:
The product is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning upon delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement:
An unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package being opened and the defect/damage present at the time of delivery.
The defective product must be shipped back to us at the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the replacement process promptly.
Products returned without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
We do not cover return shipping charges unless explicitly approved.
